Library Rules

1. Every student is issued one Library Membership Card for borrowing books.
2. At a time, only two books can be issued. If you want to issue another book or reference book, you must first return the previously issued book.
3. Books will be issued for 07 days.
4. If the book is not returned by the due date mentioned on the slip, a fine of Rs. 2 per day will be charged (except Sundays and holidays).
5. In case a book is damaged or lost, the student will be required to pay double the original cost or replace it with the same copy of the book. In the case of rare books, three times the cost will be charged.
6. Students should not make any marks or underline anywhere in the book.
7. The borrower will be responsible for the safe custody and timely return of the books during the loan period.
8. In case of emergency, the Librarian may recall a book at any time.
9. Briefcases, bags, umbrellas, college bags, and other personal belongings are not allowed in the library. Please keep them at the property counter at your own responsibility.
10. Eating, sleeping, and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the library.
11. No library material (i.e., books) can be taken out of the library without the permission of the Library In-charge.

Anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the library will be liable to lose the privilege of library membership.
